Are your products originals?

No. Our products are reproductions of the original designs. We are not the licensed manufacturers of these products, but instead are offering affordable, extremely high quality reproductions of classic furniture pieces.

Can I collect my purchase?

Yes you can collect your products from our warehouse in Cheltenham.

Can I order over the phone?

We understand that customers investing in furniture and lighting with a high value may require further information or prefer to speak to a real person when placing an order. Our staff will be happy to help with any request.

Do I have to pay any customs duties?

If you live within the EU then NO you do not have to pay duty

For residents outside the EU, UK VAT will automatically be deducted from your invoice.

For residents outside the EU Once your products reach their country of destination, the local (national) VAT has to be cleared and paid before the goods can continue on to their ultimate destination. The process is very straight forward – all you have to do is pay the local VAT and duty when contacted by the shipping company. Once the goods has been done the goods will be release and the shipping company will call you to agree a delivery date.

Do Charles Eames products come with a warranty?

Charles Eames provides a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all of its products. While we always try to replace defective products, we reserve the right to settle any complaint cases by refunding the product’s purchase price. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act.

How long will delivery be?

All orders placed before 2pm and are Uk Mainland will be sent for next working day delivery.

Please allow 3-5 working days for Scottish highlands and other remote areas
